🚨 Latest UN Commission of Inquiry report finds that Israeli authorities have destroyed in part the reproductive capacity of Palestinians in Gaza, including by imposing measures intended to prevent births, which is a genocidal act under the Rome Statute and the Genocide Convention.

Further evidence that the genocide in Gaza is still ongoing: Israel's deliberate suspension of humanitarian aid to Gaza is a genocidal act that violates the ICJ provisional measures and a prosecution of the war crime of starvation, for which the ICC has issued arrest warrants.

Under the current amendments, detainees must wait 45 days for the Be’er Sheva District Court to ratify the detention order. Once ratified, detention lasts six months, with the possibility of indefinite extensions.
