In the competitive scene we live in that grinds multiplayer yes, but it’s safe to assume that the vast majority of people who buy Splatoon are more interested in salmon run and single player than the small percent of the player base that invests hours into solo queue.

Content Cat - Rocky: Blue collar, hard working, but has yet to shine
Duck Motif - Zuma: Eventually there will be a water episode and you’ll say “oh right, this pup is a contender too”
Milky Way - Chase: Lead dog did what they were supposed to do, will only get better with each episode
Moonlight - Marshall: Fan favorite and covers a lot of ground with their new comp, but a little clumsy at the end
NME - Rubble: Will wreck name brand teams in the finals and will be fun to watch
