I’m exactly the same way! It’s definitely the hidden gem of the sequels, even if it’s a bit of an awkward mess!
Its themes run counter to everything the other two movies were trying to be, though, so it just ended up in a suuuper weird position…
All the rocks floating around is a bit reminiscent of that scene near the end of The Last Jedi…
That movie had some interesting ideas and themes, but it’s a pity it clashes so hard with the other two movies :(

My sense of smell has always been really weak, but petrichor has always been a favorite of mine!
