It's thanks to the kindness of supporters of The Prison Phoenix Trust that people in prison receive a response when they reach out for our help in difficult times. In the last month we've mentored more than 60 people and sent a book, CD or DVD to around 140 people in prison. #WorldKindnessDay

Starting to bring yoga and meditation into 4 prisons in South West England in a new partnership with Change Grow Live. We will be equipping people with skills to improve their own wellbeing and tackle some of the root causes of offending behaviour such as substance abuse and poor mental health.

In our workshop for men who teach yoga and meditation in male prisons, participants share approaches to teaching trauma-informed yoga in a very masculine environment.
