Left wing people recognized those movements as oppressive and evil, just as people on the right recognize Nazism as evil. Being a left wing form of Jew hatred doesn't give antizionism a pass. Antizionism is not classical antisemitism — it is a distinct form of Jew hatred: Israel hatred. Israel hatred is wrong, and all should oppose it.
