The Model Context Protocol that I wrote about is much more focused on function calling. ChatGPT & Co. do this very well. I'm very willing to let an LLM "reason" about how to solve a multi-step problem spanning multiple systems and then execute it for me.

in the days following the Trump election, I spent my time unsubscribing from mailing lists and exiting forum groups that are not directly relevant to my life. A severe digital culling and pruning.
