JUST IN: House Oversight Chair James Comer officially issues subpoena to Attorney General Pam Bondi to be deposed over the Department of Justice's handling of the release of the Epstein Files.

JUST IN: The House Oversight Committee has requested a transcribed interview with the prison guard on duty when Jeffrey Epstein died. There have been many questions around the circumstances surrounding Epstein's apparent suicide.

President Trump then made it clear there is certain legislation that might be worthy of passing even if SAVE is not passed yet.

“Now, certain things will happen. Certain things will take place. I'm here to do a great job for the country, but we don't have a country.”

First Trump admitted blowing up the filibuster is not a realistic path to passing the SAVE America Act:

“So in order to get it, you're going to need Democratic votes.”
