Calling a flatly untrue statement a lie to the person saying it who must reasonably know it isn’t true will not, cannot be defamatory—why each of the legs exist, why he always loses

That any reasonable person in his position knows what he’s saying is untrue, done to create personally beneficial alternate reality or narrative. Why would a food delivery company meddle in politics—particularly for a wildly unpopular 📉 POTUS like Trump? Cuz a lowered tax burden makes the employee feel like they made more, IOW less pressure to improve compensation levels. Let other taxpayers give employees their “raise,”essentially.
