I agree. It took this album and now I barely listen to her. I’ve found so many new and interesting artists. It’s fascinating and mind blowing how she can do that. I still adore her music but it feels like freedom.

This is gonna sound super weird but try beans for breakfast. If you’re getting close to the perimenopausal cliff, everything starts going haywire and blood sugar is a mess. I started eating beans with an egg or veggies or a sweet for breakfast and I feel amazing all day. Like 3/4 to a full cup. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I write down the fleeting thoughts, items I need, things I just remembered I need to do, and especially reminders to wish someone a Happy Birthday in the morning. I will remember the day before and know it’s coming but day of, forget it without that sticky note!

NYC is home of some of the cutest tote bags. Find them on the streets or in the stores. You could put some goodies in it. Chelsea market isn’t far from MSG and they have a ton of cool stores and vendors with unique stuff. There’s an awesome book store in there as well.

Or completely intentional. One really never knows when she’s involved. 😂 😅
