Is there a good article debunking this and what the data actually means anywhere? Or a post?

AI has proven to be a force multiplier, but most of what im using it for I fortunately understand and could write the code for on my own…. Just much slower.

Its like using a calculator when learning multiplication and division. I often think about this when I reach for ChatGPT or Claude to accomplish something faster.
