And be authentic with yourself and others.
Our emotions are our friends, our messengers. The more we learn about them, the better we can relate to them. I recently wrote a blog post about emotions. If anyone is interested, you can read it here: www.owllum.com/blog/your-em...
Congratulations 👏
I believe that integrating mindfulness and psychological therapies into standard pain management could offer a more holistic approach, potentially reducing reliance on medications and improving patients’ quality of life.
The mind will always find way to reinforce that you have been told multiple times, but what the mind does not know is that it can be proven wrong by its observer. There is always a space for your truth. There is your freedom.
« … that’s where my work lies. » And the place to become Love and Compassion itself 🍃
Moments are temporary and as such we can accept the temporal state of what that is because another moment to breath will come.
Water navigates and adapt to its environment. It always finds its way. We can be water too.
A picture can serve as an anchor to soothe our mind.
A pain body cannot transmute while another pain body is trying to take over. Presence helps us understand that others suffer as well.
It switches on our awareness and connect us to ourselves and the world around us freeing us from our unconscious mind.
Trying to make others be or behave the way we expect, limit us from accepting them as they are narrowing us and feeding our own suffering.
It is breaking with the unconscious belief that everything and everyone is more important than yourself because good people are selfless.
And by accepting, you detach from the story that makes you suffer.
Trying to control everything isn’t keeping you safe, it’s keeping you anxious.
We tell ourselves that if we plan enough, prepare enough, think far enough ahead…

C’est magnifique 🦉
The mind-body connection is more powerful than we often realize, both science and experience prove it.
Presence is a strength we can all train and cultivate.
Like the ocean meeting the shore, firm ground makes the waves even more beautiful.
When you’re no longer lost in time, just fully here, breathing, being.
Sometimes the smallest steps are the ones that move us the furthest.
Y si hoy solo puedes con eso, está bien. Mañana será otro día.
Isn’t it incredible how the way we speak to ourselves shapes what we believe about ourselves?
Who’s holding the pin?
When we give our full presence to what’s here and now, both the past and future lose their grip on us.
