I love AOC. She has had enough of his bs.
Virginia’s new map will give Democrats the chance to flip four seats currently held by Republicans. That could put Dems slightly ahead in the national mid-decade gerrymandering wars—a result few thought possible when Trump picked the fight by pushing Texas Republicans to redraw their map last year.
Yesterday I had a similar experience. The yard is full of irises and the peonies are now in bud, trees baby green. I was noticing how gorgeous it was when a monarch butterfly flew by. It was awesome to see. I didn’t see any last year but saw one already this yr.

AOC talking to RFK Jr. Her facial and hand gesture has the spiritual energy of that Italian hand gesture where you pinch your fingers and wave your hand (the "ma che vuo" gesture).
how it feels to say "sprezzatura"
Know our history.
It does make it taste better. ❤️
Aaah interesting
So does the ceasefire still expire at 8 pm?
It’s a neighborhood project. My mother, uncle, daughter, some men who help us plow the fields because we‘re getting too old, and our neighbor and dear friend and her husband and sometimes their daughters. It’s beautiful when it’s mature. And beautiful knowing we all created it.
Bluesky freezing up again. Hope they get this fixed. Gonna go watch some Midsomer Murders and relax.
Oh how beautiful! I love dapples.
There really is no such thing as race. We all came from Africa. We are all of the same stardust. We are all going to live and die on the same planet, a Pale Blue Dot in the vastness of space. We have to work together.

Same. I check his posts to review the news of the day. Very informative posts.
Yum!
Mayor Mamdani and a group of children hold hands while running through red tape in a hallway.
For too long, bureaucracy kept 7 child care centers across our city empty — spaces that should have been alive with laughter instead collected dust.
We've run through that red tape. This fall, all 7 will open their doors, bringing an additional 240 free 3-K seats & real relief to working families.

Beautiful pics. The last one is stunning.
Baby tomatoes who now have 4 leafs in round plastic cups 4 to a cup. About 20 little tomatoes pictured
Pic of trays of baby tomatoes on a long event table. There are some squash in the back growing very well.
So the tomatoes are now at their 4 leaf stage. My 83 yr old mother says the 4 leaf stage means they need fertilizer and some bug medicine. Tomorrow is fertilizer/bug medicine day. Knock on wood still doing well.
I always love seeing your posts. You find so many uplifting things.
So true. Well said.
Yeah I’m all for improving quality of life. Prolly needs close monitoring tho. Just thinking of falls risk alone. I’m such a buzz kill lol 😜

Stop privatizing space.
How sad these people are.
156 squares, in varying sizes, of floral & geometric fabric have been cut to make a quilt for a friend. This will be 2nd one I’ve made for her as her cancer journey continues. I’ve picked an easier pattern this time around and am hoping to complete soon. It’s a happy one with all the florals — the fabric line is aptly named “Cheery”! 🌸🌺🌼🌸🌺🌼🌺🌼🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼 Fabric: Cheery Colorway 1 Fat Quarter Bundle, Anna Maria for Northcott Fabrics Ordered from fatquartershop.com
