disabling wake timers in the sleep settings under "power plan" i remember being what fixed it for me, and if your computer is updating constantly or checking for updates, then you'd want to search "automatic maintenance" and also change your active hours on the updates menu

i used to have this all the time, thankfully you can turn it off with a little effort and googling. i believe in you you can be free
