What are the 3D spatial molecular patterns of differentiating enteric nervous system (ENS) in vivo? Are there co-expression networks? Are there spatially variable genes? In our preprint www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1... @RodrigoMoreC et al explored 1/4

We discovered that progenitor cells build transient neighborhoods to integrate both underlying genetic circuits and external signals. Our findings showcase how the dynamic arrangement of groups of cells is critical for executing programs of neurogenesis in vivo. 3/3

Running empty on dev bio jokes this busy Mon. afternoon (do not despair, they shall undergo epimorphosis like a lizard's tail), so just a quick reminder that @socdevbio.bsky.social #SESDB2025 abstract & registration deadlines are TODAY at 11:59 PM ET. Join us!! #DevBio

@socdevbio.bsky.social SE Regional Mtg abstract deadlines are approaching! We hope the selective pressure of the short talk consideration deadline, 4/21, is evolving your abstract rapidly. Or perhaps it's undergoing steady morphogenesis in time for the poster deadline, 4/28. :-) #SESDB2025 #DevBio
