A giant fat Mythra face, where she is visibly angry and distressed after being awakened in an absolute lard pile of a body thanks to Pyra eating an absurd amount. Her cheeks are billowing outward and forcing her eyes into a squint. She has multiple chins, most of which are pooling her sweat in the crevices. Her entire face is coated in subtle stretchmarks. She is yelling "How f*cking much did [Pyra] eat while I was asleep???!"
