Knowledge really is power! Our educators often walk into classrooms of nervous children, but once they start their lesson, the students quickly see that topics like puberty, sex education, and substance use prevention don't have to be scary.

Delay is a strategy when it comes to phone usage for young people.
As parents or guardians, ask yourself:
1. Can they manage conflict independently?
and
2. Do they follow household tech rules consistently?
If the answer is not yet, delaying phone usage isn't punishment. It's protection💕
