today marks the 10th anniversary of the ending of korra and the beginning of korrasami.

i love this show and its ending moved me a lot. probably one of my favorite series finales for a show.

i feel like hell bent is still disrespected in some corners of the #doctorwho fandom but like…it’s such a good finale.

the final test of 12/clara’s bond and the final test of 12’s “duty of care” promise as we see how far the doctor will go to save clara.

hot take but village of the angels might be one of my favorite #doctorwho weeping angels episode.

it’s like chibnall just did everything he could think of with the weeping angels for flux and did it in one episode.

and, in my opinion, it worked.

it’s such a perfect episode. like if one is a 12/clara shipper, this is their episode. 😞

since there is going to be another #doctorwho christmas special coming soon, i just want to share my favorite special from the show: last christmas.

in my opinion, the best showcase of 12 and clara’s dynamic.

peter capaldi and jenna coleman were the gold standard for doctor who.

i have this little #doctorwho master “theory” where i think that the master has an “unintentional” arc that works for the character in the modern series.

- the saxon master wanted to be better than the doctor.

- missy wanted to be like the doctor.

- spy master wanted to be the doctor.

the way that #doctorwho flux was film during the pandemic and looked as good as any other doctor who series with it’s cinematography looking vastly better than some $200 million franchise blockbusters needs to be studied.

flux did the impossible and i will love this masterpiece of a series. ☺️
