(in my defense, i was preparing for two different shootouts against mutinous soldiers where i was severely outnumbered. and they were very dramatic and it was really cool of me to manage both. i'd just like that on the record)

like at one point i literally broke in to some random people's home to demand they fix my stuff and sell me bullets. that's a thing you can do, playing a fancy city doctor. peak character

i do get what the developers meant when they said a lot of the aspects of the game are kinda incongruent with dankovsky's character & what he's supposed to represent, but it makes him such a blorbo to me. gap moe or whatever

also, i kept my scalpel all the way through even though they sell for a considerable amount and are basically useless in a fight. because obviously a doctor needs a scalpel. why else would i have brought it otherwise

the last day in a game with a set time limit is always so weird. i kept picking up bottles and needles even though there were no generic npcs around anymore and i sold stuff to buy food when there wasn't enough time left to die of hunger, but still held on to my weapons
