There you go ๐๐ป
But football is a universal language.
Isn't your quotation exactly the role of a Player Liaison Officer or a Player Care Manager?
Thoughts on Moyes btw, Tim?
Yeah, since the Hudl takeover, it's gone completely downhill.
Does the plan you & others chip in for have a time restriction? You can only watch so many minutes, etc.
If you require another donor for the group, let me know!

It's been over a year now since I was invited to present my ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ metric to a small group of people at a SkillCorner event in Dallas, TX.
I've finally put some effort into writing a blog on it!

Gives me Rooney vibes when watching him play, not as good (obviously), but a pure street footballer.
Enzo has done a terrific job in enabling him to play to his strengths.
Great tool this, much appreciated. Thank you.
People who scout/analyse... if you don't have Wyscout (which I presume is most), where do you find matches or clips of obscure players and leagues?
Wyscouts free trial was a lifesaver back in the day.
Page 4 from the original post. My bad.
In 2012, Barcelona held a coaching seminar in Florida.
It entailed the Barcelona methodology, periodization and many other gems.
It was released in a 2 part PDF, here is the entirety of day 1.
Will release day 2 if people are interested.

I finally got round to answering the questions some of you posed. Enjoy.

They'll listen to you one day.
A percentage of TV deals should be set aside and distributed equally to each county FA.
There's also a massive market for French and Italian football. It just needs better marketing and presentation.
New peeps "may" want to have a look at what I've been doing in recent years...and even go back further to the old days when I was actively involved in online analytics stuff differentgame.wordpress.com/blog-posts/
There we go!
Quality Quality piece of work, visually appealing images.
GIFs backing up the words & player by player analysis.
I appreciate it, but if I see a wall of text, I'm immediately closing.
A healthy mixture of image, video, and text is key in retention now.
Baleba. Just because.
If we say to him, "When you take an extra second or 2 on the ball, you actually get the ball into more advanced action areas (Jed Davies)".
So when completing a scouting report, I'd pair this with a multitude of passmaps and an XGChain map to create a clearer picture.

But let's look at Casemiro, for example. He's high on quickly releasing the ball, but is that a good thing?
When pairing this with maybe a passmap and his pass locations/receipts, you could explain to him that by speeding the tempo up you're actually hurting us and causing a turnover.
2/3
This is so good, I love it.
When looking at data analysis and visualisation, I always think, "How could I show this to a player and improve them?"
This visualisation is brilliant in that regard, you may think that faster is better...

Andy Carroll (yes, him) scored this tonight for Bordeaux.
I did think it was that, but just wondered if it was something else. Good work.
You're shot map it incredible, also. So much detail!
Is this text all all automated? Can you explain how that works? Thanks
Well, Brighton have just gotten rid of their main scouting department, so it may be sooner rather than later if other clubs follow the same model.
Is that what you're thinking of?
Haven't got a clue, mate. It's going to be something to do with tracking data, I presume.
Works a charm ๐๐ป
New platforms and audiences produce creativity.
I remember Ravi creating Expected Pass Value, & Ted with his radars, which evolved the visualisation game.
With new audiences people tend to be more creative, and I hope that's the case here. Football analysis needs something new, in my opinion.
