That feeling when you come across someone’s submission and find out A LOT of AI is involved.

Trying to find the an out of control, trope-y, 80s Rankin-Bass inspired villain/evil org for an upcoming RPG. Thundercats made sense, because I feel like it’s the heroes that intruded on the planet. Silverhawks are a police force. Tigersharks are aliens adopted by a planet to protect them from evil.

Upcoming project

a how to guide for creating crossword dungeons. Step 1 - Find and Do, do the crossword. Step 2 - See Beyond, find the inspiring words and start to see the shape. Step 3 - Extrapolate, ditch words you dont like, create walls, you contol the dungeon. Step 4 - Draw the rest of the owl (make the dungeon from the inspiration). Step 5 - BE NOT AFRAID. Its just a dungeon created from a crossword, they wont always work. Useful tips: Metro for daily free crosswords. CrosswordSolver, for tricky clues. DungeonScrawl, for making maps. LootTheRoom - for more random ideas

A comment on itch reminded me of this idea for creating #TTRPG dungeons I had a while back. I still think its neat and I don't think I've actually shared it here on bsky.

The gaming desk/area is complete. Got an extra large mousepad with this sweet line design. Reminds me of HOME: Mech X Kaiju mapmaking RPG from @deepdark.games. Also, got elbow pad rests so I can be comfortable while playing. Nice thing about the XL pad is that it works like a dice tray, so bonus. 😁
