im not sure if the frogs move that much between the different populations on the island but they could sail over on logs or some other material. Additionally, i dont know much about the creation of peninsula and islands

The Pig Frog ๐Ÿธ (Rana grylio) lives in the southern USA. They get their name from the pig like grunt mating call. They appear similar to the Green Frog and the Bullfrog but the Pig Frog has more webbing on their toes.
