A brilliant couple of hours on a tourist boat trip last week. Pygmy cormorants, squacco herons, Dalmatian pelicans & whiskered terns.

Great to watch the tern colony plus a red breasted merganser,med gulls,dunlin& a Sanderling

Anglesey.A good trip around puffin island this morning. Also 3 black guillemots,a whimbrel, kittiwakes,shags & rock pipit

Normandy lagoon, Hampshire. Such a striking difference between black headed gulls & Mediterranean gulls. At least 10 present this morning

A common gull near the car park,3 great white egrets,3 goosanders & 3 little grebes
