I was hoping to not have to make this post, but after talking with my landlord it's become clear that I am out of time. If I cannot cover April's and May's rent on the first, then I'm getting evicted.
I haven't been pushing it lately, but I am behind on rent and need to cover my bills. I am a damn good miniature painter and I've still got older pieces for sale, as well as commission slots available. If can sell everything in this thread and fill the slots, I'll be okay for a bit.
