If the courts are now saying federal law enforcement can discriminate on the basis of race, they are disregarding the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the 14th Amendment. They’re taking us back to Jim Crow with this one.

CNN has a panel talking about Epstein and the host just mentioned (almost as an aside!) that one of the guys is a lawyer defending Ghislaine Maxwell. And rather than being a guest who's grilled about the case, he's treated like any other panelist who just happens to be minimizing the crimes.
