It’s always a relief when I get the next part of the plot while I’m actually writing. I was typing away while thinking “I’m a bit screwed here,” and the next second one of the characters piped up with the perfect solution. I can genuinely rest easy tonight.

And no, not heard of any of them. I couldn’t name a single person in any kind of therapy ever.
Fair enough. I don’t know much about any kind of therapy and tbh from a quick research it doesn’t seem my experience is any of those listed, but it still felt good to hear a medical professional tell me I’m not overreacting.
Just had a blood test. Turns out the procedure was absolutely fine. What I didn't know until today is that the bone-melting terror I feel every time won't ever go away because childhood traumas are "locked in". Knowing this is oddly comforting. It's not my fault and I can't "just get over it".
