I’m a 5 clocker BUT sat/sun wake and bake and if I’m anxious the time doesn’t matter. I went from 14 yrs old till I was about 26 (1980s) then started again in 2015 and worked in the industry for 4 years. In my opinion, nothing works better for older people.
