Ok, if I wanted to start a blog/site of reviews and thoughts about a CD collection, which would you recommend; Wordpress, Blogger or Wix?

How good is the bass by #PinoPalladino on Give Blood by Pete Townshend! Brilliant!
I have been amazed by your posts on Cheap Trick…I had no idea they have so many albums.
Good god! Is there even a wicket prepared there? Looks like they just mowed it 1 level lower than the outer!
Two great albums right there!
Love ‘Murrow’ on this…
Would anyone know if this is an official re-release ? Heard nothing about it from Richard himself so I’m guessing not ? @noise11.bsky.social
It’s one of the best things on TV. More power to Mitch!

Some bastards have stolen Joe Camilleri’s guitars. If you see em, report em. Or take em back.
I don’t mind it. I’m really hoping that @stevenwilsonhq.bsky.social will remix this one (Crest of a Knave and Catfish Rising, too!). I’d love to hear what he could do with it and any unreleased associated recordings.

The US, looking more like North Korea everyday. Sigh
God I wish they would release some remixed/remastered live concerts from between 75 and 78…this album is fine but it is not anywhere near representative of tours earlier.
“In dreams I can fly…” I love this album.
I’d appreciate him doing a remix on it…. Similar to the way he has done the Tull albums.
Oh god, YES!

Most recent ‘new’ album comes from recordings made about 30 years ago. Largely homemade demos which belie the fine quality of the songs. Highlights include Was I Blue, Wonderworld and On Stage.

This late career series of albums are all great but perhaps this is the best. When that rich baritone sings the title track be prepared to be judged as you’ll believe every.single.word.

Gave this another listen to see if my opinion changed. It didn’t. Least impressive album by the artist IMO. Some tracks seem more like (good) ideas rather than fully complete songs. Thank god for I Need A Man.

The modern day confessional singer songwriter. He has a particular melancholy that permeates even his upbeat songs. Some very catchy and authentic pop tunes here. Loved by my son and wife equally.

The singles off this are well crafted pop gems. Just listen to Doctor!, Doctor! and Hold Me Now. It was a sign of things to come. They hit it right out of the park with their next LP.

Most songs here aren’t as polished as those on its predecessor. It takes time to hit its stride but finishes strong with Anniversary, Liars Dance and Watching You.

I have to hand it to Mick Hucknall. He’s put out consistent albums of blue-eyed soul for the past 40 years. Just Like You from this is as good as anything they’ve put out in that time.

There are albums of covers by artists and then there is this incredible collection. Versions on this are sensational. It jumps out of the speakers and doesn’t let up for 27minutes. Wish it went for double that.
