If needed we have a plan to move to a safe place. In the unlikely event this does happen, please remember that we are all responsible for each other - if you can, offer help to anyone who might need it.
If any passersby are rude or aggressive towards us, please DO NOT engage - arguing with them won't help. Our de-escalators are equipped to handle the situation (they're not bodyguards though!).
We'll have a crew that includes stewards, de-escalators and a first aider. Stewards can help you with minor welfare concerns and will hold a Radar key for the accessible toilet. We'll have some toilet roll and hand sanitiser to share.
Bring snacks and drinks, pride flags, and portable seating or picnic blankets if you can. You may want to bring a blanket. If it's sunny (hah), remember your sunscreen.
We'll have water and hot drinks available; there's a water fountain at the Jesus Green toilets but it only works sometimes.

Wrap up WARM - if it's raining or very cold we'll move indoors, but we hope to be outdoors to avoid having to limit numbers.

Our venue has just been in contact to let us know that their opening hours have changed over the bank holiday weekend, and they're no longer open on the Sunday we'd booked. Very annoying! We've moved our booking to the Saturday.

TRANS + QUEER LIFE DRAWING
Come draw gorgeous models with us in cosy surroundings! Some materials provided, obviously bring your usual/favourite kit if such a thing applies to you.
You're also super welcome to come along to our session and meet some folks for a chat. It was a very popular session last time, so there ought to be plenty of artists there! We are planning to have a little bit of time at the end for people to meet and chat this time.
Sorry if I'm being daft, not sure exactly what you're after! The link to book a place as an artist at life drawing will be sent round soon (just firming up final details with the venue). I don't have a link to any artists who attended last time (it was about 50 people 😊)

We're running a 🎟️FUNDRAISING RAFFLE🎟️ for two trans refugee organisations! You could win one of 19 incredible prizes donated by trans makers and our pals. Ticket proceeds to be split between Trans Ark and Refugee Trans Initiative, supporting trans refugees in South Sudan and Kenya respectively.

There is no designated quiet space but you're welcome to enter and leave at any point.

We'll have sole use of the venue during the event.
We won't have BSL interpretation unfortunately, and the venue doesn't have a hearing loop. Please feel free to bring along any portable hearing devices you may have, and ask organisers and other attendees to use them.
Venue is step-free & level. The doors are not powered but will be left open if it's warm enough. There is one fully accessible toilet. There will be a changing space which has level access but does not have additional accommodations. We’ll lay out the event to give ample room for your wheels!!
We will have air purifiers running in the room, and will open the windows for ventilation if it's not too cold.
There will be seating for anyone who wants it at the event at the event. You can come and go as you like. Water, hot drinks and snacks will be available.
We will be asking yall to wear an FFP2 or better mask (not a fabric or surgical mask) unless unable. Please bring your own if poss; we'll have some to give out if youre bereft. If you rely on lip-reading let us know so we can ask people to unmask to speak; we also have some clear panel masks.
If you've got body forms (packers, boobs, etc) that you like already, bring them and let others try them out for size. If you've got body forms you'd like to give away or sell, bring those too and clearly mark them up as what you'd like back, and what you like to rehome!!
They're expensive to buy and mysterious to imagine - body forms are great fun and can be vital in getting your mental image right in your head, but how to overcome these hurdles? TLC have you covered! Come to our body form try 'n' share, and skip straight to the fun bit! 11th April, Lichfield Hall!

We'll have sole use of the pool during our booking and will be gendy neuting the changing rooms and bogs. Se up, there may be stragglers from the previous session changing; we'll be letting them know, and pool staff are aware we'll be doing this!!
We'll send out the venue via email to ticket-holders a couple of days before the event.
The event is free but we suggest a donation of £3 to our Open Collective (opencollective.com/tlc, also linked in our Linktree) if you can comfortably afford it.
