I know that when i need to I can set hard boundaries. And I’ve learned enough from this experience to be able to set them quicker and to trust myself when things don’t feel right.

I really had to tap into the not so nice versions of myself this year and deprioritize kindness in spaces that were harmful. I’m really proud of myself for stepping into that discomfort. And now that i can access that side a bit easier I’m ready for her to take a back seat and step back into ease🥰

I so understand that, i can’t imagine how much of a challenge that might be. But maybe just maybe spirit knew you’d need these gifts for this. You and dad’s story is not done, it’s just changed course…and spirit equipped you with what you needed to continue it. ♥️
