I think the biggest problem was COD swallowing up the traffic of what should otherwise be a service that diversified people into other games.

I feel like you haven't really played a Forza Horizon much before.

This isn't an Internet thing as much as a functionality thing. The PS2 or Gamecube's dashboards don't have any functionality except save management and DVD playback. It's like talking about how reliable older consoles are when they also had zero moving parts.
