"handle" _is_ the term atproto already chose for this. i hear the concern that some people don't assoc it w identity.... but atproto does! and indie devs on the hook for resolving the existence of some's unfamiliarity w the chosen term feels... odd

in addition to the existing "exclude by tag" filter, you can now filter down to tracks that have a given tag (or set of tags) from the homepage. if you select multiple tags, it will show tracks with any of those tags (i.e. OR, not AND)

uploading flacs is now allowed for everyone!

just make sure your PDS can hold the blob (if it can't it will get uploaded to plyr.fm -managed blob storage and you can migrate it later in plyr.fm/portal)
