Yeah because otherwise your ego will just start telling stories it wants to tell, instead of actually tuning into the reading and the person you're reading for. Meditation helps to keep your attention away from your mindscape and in the moment prior to thought. Intuition comes before thought.

I see that Apple will spare no expense in finding new and exciting ways to make their piece of shit interfaces even more horrible and difficult to navigate. How I detest Macs.
