I was at the taping of the 1st episode in the US with Drew hosting, which ended up airing as ep 4. Would've been a nice bookend to go to the final one, but it started at 4pm and the email said it would be 6 hours. I hoped they could get a few seasons out of that set of tapings.
I had a ticket for one of the final tapings in early Feb 2023, but couldn't make it due to last minute work stuff. I didn't even realize it was over 3 years ago until you pointed that out

From a different angle, it doesn't appear to be structural. Looks like a lamp. This place looks like it was creatively furnished from the Free Stuff category on Craigslist.

the two cops from the movie were spun off to their own show called Wellington Paranormal, which was a hilarious blend of COPS and X-Files. Originally made for NZ television, it finally saw release here a couple years later on the CW, where it had very little promotion. Worth checking out
