I feel you. I've had job-related creative burn-out and almost completely withdrew from social media for a long while. Drawing was tough for a while, too. Slowly getting back into it. I'm making a small video game as a hobby project to heal.

I love these two characters so much! But I'm very partial to Raja. I missed seeing him. I'm glad you're here!

So I did doodle some birds as a warm-up.

Walked along the seashore to search for barnacles and common moon crabs, climbed a mountain to get cool sticks in the woods, then drew some sketches of what I found. Sorta ideal weekend.

It focuses mainly on birds endemic to where I live and that I have observed in the wild. Each of them will be accompanied by a little card with a few educative facts about them because learning is cool 😌

I got my fascination for Roman & Greek Mythology from my Dad. He's an art history teacher and since I'm little, told me stories about the life and legends of ancient Greek & Rome. So I can't get over how perfect that is!

Can’t believe the news, Disney shutting down the marvel. vis dev department. This teams art made them billions and billions of dollars, but it seems that paying a handful or so of fulltime illustrators is simply too much to ask these days.
