There is no skill and thus no satisfaction. One and two feel like a wasted go to me. Very occasionally you can use skill to ascertain what the word in 2, but it will only be because of luck on go 1. There's always a bit of chance in any go, but usually, if you play well, you can have a go at 3/4

Nah 1 and 2 is just luck. 2 slightly better than 1. 3 can be skill but is also what you should be aiming for. 4 is acceptable. Anything else is a failure.

It is not. There's no satisfaction in getting it in 1 or 2. At least there is some honour in getting it in 5. Only 3 or 4 are acceptable results.

I assume it's the best tactic if you are making no reasoned choices and just playing any available word. Which isn't how the game is played. (might be wrong-not exactly sure how he arrived at his conclusions)

You certainly get a feeling for likely wordle words. Not always correct, but gives you a definite edge.

It's a very hard game to fail. That cannot be the metric. If you're not getting 99% of them then you're doing something wrong (especially if you're not playing hard mode)

Not convinced by this argument. The algorithm is going by all possible words, but I think you can ascertain info by playing tactically and is it taking into account that vowels are easier to guess? Interesting though!
