A challenge working as psychologists in a fast-paced, high-expertise medical context, is to value our own slower, thoughtful ways. To notice the pull to dress up our work in clever terminology, & to then resist that temptation. To highly respect our colleagues' skills, while staying true to our own.

Poster inviting UK-based clinicians to participate in an anonymous e-survey about supporting people after TIA (Transient Ischaemic Attack) and minor stroke. The poster states that the survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. A large QR code is displayed for participants to scan and access the survey. The design is featuring brief text, NHS, academic and funder logos.

I'm reminded of the importance of quiet spaces and time to make sense of it. Or not, as the case may be. And to let thoughts and feelings percolate as they will. There's no set or tidy ways of getting there. It's in the unfolding of it. That's the thing.
