I noticed some similarities between the two of them, so I thought, why not draw Ren (or Redacted) as Kotoyuki Tsuneki? Kotoyuki is possessed by a fox spirit, while Ren was described by the creator of 14 Days With You as being most like a fox if he were an animal since they share similar traits. Both Kotoyuki and Ren are cunning and manipulative characters who guide the player throughout their respective stories. They appear harmless on the surface, yet there’s something subtly suspicious about them. They both seem protective of the player, giving off a possessive or even yandere-like energy. What's interesting is that both of them are also in love with their childhood friend (player). Because of all these similarities, I thought it would be fun to create a Silent Hill f × 14 Days With You crossover, portraying Ren/Redacted as Kotoyuki.
