All-purpose Thai condiment that we call Sunny Sauce. Fresh Thai peppers, dried chilis, lemon grass, chopped lime leaves, nam pla [salty fish sauce]. It's nuclear hot and goes on everything.

Another episode of culturally integrating breakfasts in our Thai/Irish-American household. Today: eggs over easy, rice, shrimp with glass noodles, and fruit, all liberally doused with amazing but lethally-hot Sunny Sauce.
