The diaper he's wearing and drain on the floor don't give him much hope of getting let out any time soon, and the chastity cage he's wearing means he also won't getting any relief from the big plug keeping him in place. The off-screen guards mention that they didn't even realize the prison wing they were in was still operational, let alone who the fox in the cell is--not that they care too much...

Brush messed up. It turns out the cute girl he was flirting with the night before happened to be the daughter of the warden of a prison that should have been shut down years ago, and he did not appreciate anyone trying to 'seduce' his daughter.
