I definitely think height is part of the issue, and I do have a foot stool, but I notice that it still puts my back at an off angle to use it since it can't butt right up to the rolling legs of my chair

I considered this. I want to wait to ask my spinal specialist if that will just make the issue worse though

Got an injection for my chronic back pain and now I'm trying really hard to sit properly in my desk chair to keep the pain from coming back too soon. But I do not understand how anyone just sits up straight with their feet on the floor. It's psychotic. I am way too bisexual and ADHD for this
