I’ve converted it to Linux Mint XFCE as Win11 was strangling it only to find it absolutely flies once more.

Yeah, I’ve got some IPAs I rated well, but they’re not common. I’m finding I really like darker richer roasty flavours I’d just not tried in a pint before. As for Beer52 for now it’s a nice convenient variety pack. But I can see myself getting bored eventually.
