this is why we can’t have nice things
sonett, wasmiddel vloeibaar
this model is really good at clean code
not yet, i’m down to putting one vscode window per “desktop” and keep jumping between them
first, i gotta keep track of what agents i have running otherwise they don’t continue 😅
people who run multiple AI agents, how do you remember what all were you working on?
when the washing machine and dryer are both done with their jobs and now it's your turn
same energy: when the coding agent and review agent have done their job and now it's your turn
then: we picked this framework, even though its not the best, because our team knows it really well
now: we picked this framework, even though its not the best, because Claude knows it really well
then: we are having a hard time adopting this new web feature because browser support is not good yet
now: we are having a hard time adopting this new web feature because LLM support is not good yet
your DMs seem to be closed
thanks for writing this!
it’s small (but its honest work 😅)
what are the odds!
Street view of Amsterdam with tram tracks in the foreground and a row of narrow, historic buildings on the right. People are walking and cycling along the sidewalk, and a tram stop with shelters is visible. The sky is partly cloudy, and some buildings feature gabled facades and decorative architectural details.
A calm canal in Amsterdam lined with tall, narrow brick buildings on the right and leafy green trees on the left, with boats moored along both sides and a partly cloudy blue sky above.
the route to the new github office is really fun because i bike past the old office and the my older codesandbox office to get there
Meldingen Directions to Lisbon? From RAI to Lisbon using Google Maps
i need google to understand people don’t just casually load directions to a different country and start moving in that direction
what a wild notification
something i’ve always wanted to try is to build a css language extension (like sass/less were)
now that you “no longer need to have skills”, i might actually be able to do that
we don’t, but that does look sick
background: yes, all the time: no
i want it to feel like i’m mentoring a couple junior devs. we plan together and then they are on their way for the rest of the day
(cross post)
i don’t want to talk to agents all day to work on 10 features in parallel
my dream setup is i brainstorm with AI for 30 mins in the morning to plan and send it to work on 1 thing and then maybe 30 mins in the afternoon to review and merge
is this a thing yet?
an easy win, if you work in a big company, is to keep a log of all the good discussions you contributed to (issues, slack threads, review comments), things that are not explicitly “shipping”
buuut if you start optimising for those discussions, you lose them
i should probably post here more often
thank you for your service
(this is obviously a joke, if you’re my manager, keep scrolling)
some dude on twitter: If you’re taking a break for the holidays your ngmi.
real ones know that you shouldn’t take days off during holidays and just relax because everyone is on their break
and then take the first 2 weeks of the year off when everyone is back 😛
prompt: repeat the task, but do a better job
it did do a better job
what worked for me
very nice
a map of the world with some cities labelled. buuut, delhi is in north america, mumbai in south america, copenhagen in china
asked gemini to create a map of some the cities i’ve visited last year
10/10 no notes
PR deleted 😂
fell asleep while listening to Losing My Religion
had some intense vivid dreams, 10/10 REM sleep

idk why gpt 5.2 is talking like a teenager trying too hard
