Finally released a video I'd been working on for a while. I'm quite proud of it: youtu.be/cSvTKIRhpJQ

While I've been working on other projects, a friend and I started a weekly history podcast. It's a fun excuse to hang out and talk about a subject we adore: open.spotify.com/episode/1FsK...
I have many friends who drink, and many who don’t. Having these options is great because we can all hangout and it inspires me to drink less than I probably otherwise would. This is a great development overall.
I have a project coming up that I'm pretty excited for. It probably won't do super well, at least not at first, but if I build on it I'm hoping it'll do well enough to do other projects.
New video out. It's about ancient historians' stories of Amazons. A look at what we consider myths in the context of legitimate history. Take a look if you're interested: youtu.be/ae5rMebWX1w
I posted a video early on Patreon. The video will be live on YouTube in less than 24 hours and I actually have the cited script in the description already. Starting 2025 with good research habits.: www.patreon.com/posts/suppos...

People sometimes make fun of science that sounds stupid and random.
Meanwhile, a study of lizard saliva turned into a peptide medication, which was turned into a diabetes medication, which was turned into a GLP1 weight loss drug, that just became the first therapy every approved for … sleep apnea
But have you considered who his parents are?

Denver gave people experiencing homelessness $1k/month. A year later, nearly half had housing.
They also had fewer ER visits, nights spent in a hospital, and jail stays.
The report estimates that this reduction in public service use SAVED the city $589k.

New, from me: Elon Musk, a man who runs an imaginary government department, accused a real government employee of having a fake job.
He is wrong about this, and other claims about what he can do to eliminate regulations and cut spending. 🧵

Bookseller article with the headline "New publisher Spines aims to 'disrupt' industry by using AI to publish 8,000 books in 2025 alone" 🤮🤮🤮
Why? Who is this meant to be good for? Nobody wants your shit AI books, never mind 8,000 in a year. Just a terrible idea and a horrible road the publishing industry is heading down.
Made a starter pack of some historytubers! I'm sure I missed some people since so many have joined the website in the past few weeks, so lemme know if I should add someone!

I took some pictures and decided to make this video to share the experience with you all.

I really hope InfoWars is hiring YouTube creators because I think it would be really funny to tell people I work at InfoWars.
Don't know how weird this is, but cinnamon with chicken. So good.
The plumbers are conspiring to steal my pipes! That one in the alley I paid $10 represents all of them!
Depends on the features. Say what you will about Discord (there is a lot) but I think their method of monetization is great because it's mostly either cosmetic and changes file size capabilities. Both are nice for those who care, but if handled well, neither would alter the experience too much.
Huh, I wonder how other members of the UN security council will contribute to the debate....
