Cyclops is by Alex Paknadel and @rogeantonio.bsky.social Issue 3 is in stores TODAY!
This discussion is non-spoiler for issue 3, but I think it is a good companion episode! #xspoilers
Getting ready for traveling and next month's episodes. Consider yourself teased

I read the first issue of that and it emotionally crippled me. I decided I would read it when it's all out. I just haven't grabbed a trade yet. Really looking forward to it though.
The Explicit Content Label here should really say, "hold the fuck up!"
It's been happening for a few days.
Next month is Maynga month!
We're closing out April talking high level about some of my favorite Junji Ito books. Let us know what sounds most appealing for a full episode!
Then, against my better judgement, we'll be moving on to Fire Punch to really kick off Maynga month!
Tomorrow! Kadiah and I discuss politics, marriage, marriage politics, agree and agree to disagree and then get Ice Cream.
is it a hot take if it is the truth?
I'll chime in when I read Nocenti's Daredevil. I'm not a Frank Miller guy though. I've read the majority of his work, and most doesn't click.
I've never clicked with Nocenti either, so it's a neutral playing field. From what I hear about her Daredevil, it sounds exciting though.
Me and Penny with a framed cover of Penny and the Yeti. There are also balloons.
Sarah made a sourdough loaf and carved “YETI” into it.
Happy Penny and the Yeti Day to all who celebrate. @papercutzgn.bsky.social @almondmilkart.bsky.social Look what Sarah and the kids did for me!
It's one of his best, I'm glad you enjoyed and finished!
Somebody needs to say it and this is not me dunking on any one publisher. This is me saying WTF comics industry. With all this positive industry velocity, it would seem like you’d want to hold on to your talent to elevate your brand as a publisher to catalyze growth, not lay them off. 🤔
Oh my! I started @gwillow.me's Poison Ivy tonight. It's been on my radar for a while, but I didn't realize it was everything I ever wanted in a Poison Ivy story. It's beautiful, horrifying and thought provoking. "In fact, you might say I'm a carnivore" should be on T-shirts and ethics textbooks.
Imagine if they'd let Bruce Campbell play Superman in a Silver Age flavored Superman movie in the early 90s.
A color photo of Adams.
Superman #233 (1971). This has the famous cover of Superman breaking the kryptonite chains that were holding him and it says underneath "Kryptonite Nevermore!"

I wish I enjoyed Dave Matthews Band music as much as their politics. But one outta two ain’t bad
I tried to read years ago. I had to nope out. Good luck though!
I made a pastrami for my friend's birthday. Another friend from NYC didn't hate it. That's about the best compliment I can ask for.
Someone described that series as a pro-Isreal dog-whistle to me, so I've avoided it. Did not know this disgusting page existed.
Not everything is for everyone, it's all good. I love the character. He's not my favorite, but he's pretty high up there!
Okay, not a comic cover, but this was my first introduction into Superman. I haven't watched in... close to 30 years I think? Maybe a few clips, but it's my frame of reference for Superman. Happy #SupermanDay
#SupermanDay
Let's get this one out of the way now. It's my favorite Superman story, and I'm sure you'll hear that 500x today. It's great. It has one of my favorite moments in comics. I'll stop talking about it, but go read when you can.
#Supermanday
Superman: For All Seasons - I don't think this book is talked about enough. It's up there with All-Star Superman, and dare I say, better? I can't look at my riding mower without thinking of this book. If you know, you know. If you don't, you should read.
For #SupermanDay I'll share some of my favorite Superman covers.
New 52 was lackluster for Superman, but @gregpak.net and @aaronkuder.bsky.social killed it on this series. I still have my signed copies by Aaron. Great Dude.
“All his problems are our problems. They're very small problems, but they exist on this gigantic, symbolic, allegorical stage.”
1 Year Ago Today, we spoke with Grant Morrison extensively about ALL-STAR SUPERMAN.
Happy #SupermanDay

I support this petition as well. I would like them to finalize the details while he's mid-flight, then every other country do the same, including the USA, so he can't come back here or anywhere.
There's reprints of JLA/Avengers coming this summer. That's gonna be my team book.
