Did I just watch the people of #Hungary save Europe?

My spouse still uses X heavily. They don't like Elon Musk either, but they check in on the fediverse occasionally and always come back saying the same thing: it feels like a space only for software engineers.
They're right, and I don't have a good answer for it.
You can say it's network […]
If you use @astro & find that LLMs / web scrapers need some information but not finding them, you can use @ayco/astro-resume to embed data on your HTML:

In peaceful Hobbiton they called Gandalf the disturber of peace and despised him because every time he visits adventure begins.
One extra detail but could be another post… when I run “build” it will fetch my details at https://social.ayco.io/@ayo like my avatar, profile description, etc. and use them for the site’s meta & indieweb profile info. Neat! That’s why I have become a cartoon there as well. #webdev
And new now page content: https://ayo.ayco.io/now

This is such a wholesome PR. Thanks @shuuji3 🫶

I have a prep:now script that backs up my current now page into one of the 'previously' pages and creates new constants for the new now page
But if two people always disagree, that’s probably some ego driving the conversation. There is always a common ground.
🚨 CLICHE ALERT 🚨
If two people always agree with each other, one of them is unnecessary
You know what I learned? Don’t be afraid just because people around you make you feel like you are different. You are different. Beautifully so.

This is happening.
And there's this one line from a talk about the topic that stuck with me: "You cannot talk your way out of a problem you behaved yourself into."
There needs to be an acknowledgement & consequence to past behaviors.
I've been in many communities that need healing from past abuses. I can tell you "sweeping problems under the carpet" does not do it.
Oh I just remembered I have one commit to Starlight
Forza horizon 5 race results. I lost by 0.634
I lost by 0.634 seconds getting to the first place 😡
It’s silly that we have to change a part of what makes us human:variety of ways we use words. For what? Just because it was stolen from us. But it is what it is. We have to catch up in different ways. Hope we find a way to be objective instead of spreading doubt. (4/4)
🤔 guess I am seeing a danger here where we are left full of doubt and trust continues to erode in real human networks (3/4)
I wonder if this is a fair judgment or if we can have some way to be objective. Thinking if policy-makers can enforce a “transparency” mechanism like how we require websites to put out info on how they handle third-party cookies. (2/4)
Curious what exactly was “off”? One sad result of the flood of AI-generated content is that we (humans) are left doubting each other — and sometimes it really is a human behind getting judged for the patterns usually found in AI content. (1/4)
My comment to a LinkedIn post about someone feeling off and doubting someone’s content online, and ended up not buying a service because they felt the text was AI generated:
