Honestly!! I’m just sat in my car currently and even though I’m just parked up it feels like I’m being stabbed in the pelvis repeatedly, I can’t cope, there’s always something 🙃 hope you’re okay too, big hugs 💙

Had an ultrasound the other day which gave some worrying results so they ordered a CT, waiting on those results now, I swear it never ends 🙄 glad you’re doing okay!

Massively overdid it on Tuesday, 1.5 hours swimming, left the pool and went straight to the gym for leg day, might’ve improved my deadlift but my thighs have been in agony since yesterday, I’m struggling on my feet 😭
