Least popular PM in decades thinks it's a killer argument to pour shade on the most popular PM in decades

If James Bond was real and on the side of the good, who are the main people he'd be licensed to kill?
The news is about who is winning or losing between the politicians, not what the country stands to win or lose depending on the outcome. World-wide problem with the media unfortunately.
AI does
Between now and the election, I do not want to see the media focussing on how badly Luxon is managing his caucus. I want to see them writing about how appallingly Luxon's government is managing the country.

Yes I know it's a regular sexist slur, but if you listened to her today you'd hear her pitch getting higher and higher until it just about disappeared off the top of the audible frequency range. Sign of desperation I think.
Well he's so absent from decision making it won't be a participation award
I wonder how much personal data it is trying to suck up from your network while it waits...
Nicola Willis's attacks in Parliament read better than they sound. Shrill doesn't convey the half of it.

I can't see how blaming the media is going to help him turn it around.
When you run health as a for-profit business, sick people are an asset
Governments around the world are simultaneously betting their countries' futures on scientific breakthroughs to solve the longer term problem of climate change while cutting research funding because it doesn't generate enough profit in the shorter term.
Nobody in NZ calls it a bus “rout”. Our PM is laser focused on US culture, it’s all he knows

What he really thinks: Labour f'ed it up trying to pivot away from fossil fuels when anyone with a financial advisor and a fortune knows the solution is to get as rich as possible on oil and gas while it lasts so we can survive a bit longer than everyone else
Conservatives: No, because the rich can take care of themselves.
Progressives: Yes, because the rich can take care of themselves.
The biggest mistake was the post-Covid sympathy vote for the angry rich.
The only real crisis in NZ was that Luxon's rich mates weren't making enough money. When he claims the country is back on track, that's the only measure he cares about.

Interviews with JC and Tova, he'll be gone by breakfast

Luxon tells us he's not racist but you can't lead a government like this and not be very comfortable with racism in its ugloiest forms

better than "girls" I suppose.
I remember that government, jeez I'm old
But then Luxon is the worst PM in my lifetime, so being old makes that worse :-)
New Zealand First campaigning on letting Australian grocers profit in our market? So on point for them.
When you are a politician you have amazing clarity of thought: every problem reduces to "I must be in power".
Why doesn't most of NZ like Luxon? Because he is the perfect example of the manager we've all had in the past who took credit for everything we did and blamed us for every mistake he made.

If Winston told us what he really thought of Seymour and Luxon, would his poll numbers go up or down?
I think we all know the answer to that one.

The appeal of NZ First is based on a lie; because NZ First has been a member of almost every coalition government since it first made it into parliament
There can't be a fuel crisis because the government has been gaslighting us for over two years now

"Do your own research" says someone parroting an attack line that was crafted by a political action group that has less than sixty seconds of scientifically-relevant training in its membership.

Goldsmith, the clue to his motives is right there in the first syllable

The word he wants is "more", but he's a "more-on".
