The @apnews.com recently interviewed me to discuss the impact that Roblox can have on youth's mental health when used to reenact and protest against ICE immigration raids.
My takeaway: It can be a healthy process by which youth build community and obtain social support!

“Sleep privilege” is the reality that not everyone has equal access to restorative sleep. Parents of kids with special needs (our focus), shift workers, caregivers, and others face real barriers. Could our well-meaning messaging around sleep be adding to their stress? #sleep #circadian #parenting
