Young people are protesting ICE and reenacting immigration raids in online gaming platform Roblox Some young people on Roblox, the popular online gaming platform, have been using a roleplaying game to embody Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

The @apnews.com recently interviewed me to discuss the impact that Roblox can have on youth's mental health when used to reenact and protest against ICE immigration raids.

My takeaway: It can be a healthy process by which youth build community and obtain social support!

How to make a choice when the options suck | Amitai Shenhav | TEDxNewEngland YouTube video by TEDx Talks

I'm happy to now be able to share a talk I gave at TEDx New England last Fall!

The talk is about our lab's work on what makes decisions costly, and how to make them less so.

I discuss lessons for all kinds of decisions, including getting people to vote.

“Sleep privilege” is the reality that not everyone has equal access to restorative sleep. Parents of kids with special needs (our focus), shift workers, caregivers, and others face real barriers. Could our well-meaning messaging around sleep be adding to their stress? #sleep #circadian #parenting
