idk why but it might have to do with having multiple displays. Been looking for solutions online and this is like the closest I've seen to having a problem similar to mine. My guess is that there's something with win spotlight and new nvidia drivers that just came out that are killing each other

every update, windows 11 somehow finds a way to break something mundane that you wouldn't think would break... latest update broke wallpapers for me of all things. How does that even happen?

I think people are putting the blame more on Kyoda's side. Dai Sato may have done the writing, but he still takes directions from Kyoda, who pretty much oversees the whole series. It doesn't absolve Sato of course since a lot of his stuff post-PoP is questionable at best.
