Turning increasingly windy tonight and into Wednesday morning across southwest England
The strongest winds are likely around exposed coasts and high ground, with peak gusts of 50-60 mph in a few places and locally higher in the vicinity of Dartmoor

Seems to be a lot of holly blue #butterflies around. More than usual?
I don't have to go outside to hear the sparrows excitedly cheep cheeping in the hedge 😊
Aha. Spain. That explains it! 😊

Broad beans? Did they grow through winter? I tried that few years ago but half died....were they protected?
Been watching the new Bergarac.
I don't think I am ever particularly good at working out who done it in general but both seasons have seemed very predictable. Still okay to watch though.

Saw lots of butterflies today.
At least 6 holly blues...don't think I have ever seen so many at one time. 4 brimstones, an orange tip, a peacock and a red admiral.
Finally got tomatoes, cucumbers and leeks planted. Next beans and lettuce 😊
Butterflies rarely stop for pics for me. Maybe speckled woods and peacocks occasionally. Still nice to see them flutter by...
I saw my first orange tip of the year today.

#TitliTuesday blessed to see so many beautiful #butterflies whilst I've had time off work; peacock, orange-tip, small tortoiseshell, speckled wood, brimstone, holly blue & comma. Only the green veined white refused to stop for a photo. @savebutterflies.bsky.social #Lancashire & #SouthCumbria
Remember: There is nothing natural or inevitable about extreme inequality; it’s the result of an economic system that values wealth and power over human dignity and justice.
It doesn't have to be this way.
OK. Great. Thanks I might give it a go.
I am sad they didn't make a final Kelvin timeline Trek movie. Hope some type of movie happens soon. It's been a decade!
Is it any good?
As I gave my cotoneaster its yearly trim in November, one of my neighbours said I should rip it up. Not going to happen I said. It's growing into my drive & making it difficult to get in & out he said.
He has a double drive. What twaddle. His part of the hedge is now see through & without berries 🤷♀️

Season 3 of The Night Agent is much better than season 1.
Not even sure if I watched 2nd season.
I hope you feel much better very soon.
Great photo. Looks like a greeting card or a calendar.
(Haha that makes me sound old)
